What are your shipping charges?
Since all items are handmade and customized to your specifications, we will try to do our best to accomodate your needs. All items ordered prior to Saturday will be shipped the next Wednesday. Orders placed on Sunday - Tuesday will ship the following Wednesday.
All items will be shipped priority mail and a tracking number will be provided.
If your order needs to be expedited, please let us know and we will try to work with your timeframe.
Priority USPS Shipping Costs (2-3 days):
$0-29.99 = $5.00 $30.00 - 99.99 = $10.00 $100 + = $15.00

What is your payment policy?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments through our website.
What are your refund, return and cancellation policies?
Our goal is to have satisfied customers. Please let us know if we do not meet your expectations. If you need to cancel an order, please email orders@maggieandalison.com. We will immediately cancel your order, provided it has not been shipped. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled if the embriodery process has been started.
